| Sales Tax |
| Orders shipped within the state of state of California are subject to 8.25% sales tax. No sales tax is added for orders shipped outside of the state of California. |

| L.A County Drop Off Delivery |
| Ship-Drop .Customers located in Los Angeles county will all receive Free Shipping to your home unless otherwise instructed. One of our Survival representatives will drop off the order and explain our customer the function of each product and will answer any questions if any. |
| Shipping |
| Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS Ground. Ground Shipping Rates for continental US only (48 continental states). Please call for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping rates. We are trying to ship our orders as soon as possible. Usually it takes 48 hours. Please note that some orders require at least 5-7 business days for processing and packaging if in stock. |
| Return Policy |
| If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of the purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. In order to return your product, please contact us via email at: contac@citizensurvival.org to receive a RMA#. All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective or restockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee |
